Pretty soon, we might as well make it legal to marry and have sex with minors because some will say ‘I was born with an inborn sexual orientation to have sex with minors’. Pretty soon, we might as well make it legal to marry and have sex with animals because some will say ‘I was born with an inborn sexual orientation to have sex with animals.’ (I am being sarcastic here following biblical examples like that of Elijah who said, “Shout louder! Surely he (Baal) is a god! Perhaps he is deep in thought, or busy, or traveling. Maybe he is sleeping and must be awakened” (I Kings 18:27). I am being cynical here following examples in the Bible like that of Amos, who wrote, “Go ahead and offer sacrifices to the idols at Bethel!” (Amos 4:4). I am being cynical following biblical examples like that of John who wrote, “Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy…” (Rev. 22:11).
The Bible predicts a world wide degradation into sin in Matt. 24:12 – ‘Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold’ (NLT). The question is simple: when sin gets RAMPANT, will you chose to be part of the small REMNANT that loves Jesus, hates sin and according to His Word? Jesus calls to be part of his “little FLOCK” (remnant) as the world becomes more and more evil as the CLOCK keeps turning(Luke 12:32).
